What this site is
This site is informational: it presents the routes, rates and branches of Bahía Logística. It is not an automated booking platform. Every shipment is arranged directly between you and Bahía Logística, at a branch or through the contact channels published here.
Rates and quotes
The rates on this site come from the rate sheet in effect since September 2026 and are subject to change without notice. The calculator returns an estimate based on the published rate alone: it does not include taxes, customs charges, insurance or any additional fees that may apply. An estimate is not a firm quote and does not bind Bahía Logística. The final price is confirmed with us directly before your freight is dispatched.
Transit times
Transit times are estimates in business days and depend on factors outside our control, including flight and sailing availability, weather, and customs clearance. An estimated transit time is not a guarantee of delivery on any particular date.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, graphics and design — belongs to Bahía Logística or is used under the appropriate licence. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
Bahía Logística is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, nor for the accuracy or currency of the information published on it. The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Liability for freight is governed by the transport document for each shipment, not by this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Nicaragua. Any dispute arising from them will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction under applicable law.
