Information we collect
We collect the information you give us voluntarily through the channels on this site: WhatsApp, a phone call, or the tracking number you enter in the shipment lookup. That may include your name, your phone number and your shipment details. We set no tracking cookies and collect no individual browsing data.
How we use it
We use your information only to quote and coordinate your shipments, answer your questions and follow your freight. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Shipment tracking
When you enter a tracking number on this site we query the carrier system for the status of that shipment. We show only the information belonging to the number you looked up. We do not show other customers’ shipments, warehouse staff names, or internal operational data.
Storage and retention
Your data is held in internal systems, accessible only to the staff handling your shipment. We keep it for as long as the purposes described here require, and afterwards for whatever period applicable law demands.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data for commercial purposes. We share information only where it is strictly necessary to move your freight — with the airline, the shipping line, the road carrier or customs authorities — or where the law, a court order or a competent authority requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, under Nicaraguan Law 787 and the law applicable in your jurisdiction. To exercise those rights, message us on WhatsApp at the number in the contact section of this site.
Website and analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not track users individually, and shares no data with third parties for advertising. What it collects is aggregate, anonymous statistics — visits, countries of origin, device types — that cannot identify anyone.
